Deloitte is hiring for the role of Global Audit & Assurance Learning - Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare learning materials for release and distribution to the Deloitte member firms, including editorial review for accuracy and correctness, adherence to the Deloitte language style and Brand guidelines, compliance with legal language directives, and formatting of materials to maintain a consistent product
• Maintain the SharePoint site used for the development process and delivery of the materials
• Update the Deloitte Resources portals used for delivery of live milestone programs; archiving of materials for historical purposes
• Create and update templates for the development of materials, providing support in template usage
• Maintain learning videos

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word and PowerPoint) including advance functionality such as template development and management. Experience with Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated mastery of SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal communication) with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly.
• Familiarity with corporate style guides and editorial standards.
• Excellent attention to detail in preparing and reviewing written content, presentation materials, and other deliverables.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects prioritize effectively and work under stringent deadlines.
• Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Flexibility – prepared to adapt the working schedule to accommodate the virtual team’s needs and willing to work overtime as needs dictate.
• A mature approach, able to demonstrate initiative and common sense.
• Good social skills and ability to build rapport with internal clients at all levels, and of different cultures.
