EY is hiring for the role of Senior Consultant 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Convert and integrate home builder community site plan maps from multiple sources (DWG, SVG, AI, PDF, Shapefiles) into QGIS.
• Perform digitizing and editing to produce high-quality, geo-referenced site maps in QGIS.
• Prepare, clean, and refine CAD files provided by the Client.
• Analyse and process CAD files, subdivision plat maps and import finalized plans into QGIS for digitizing of site plans, followed by complete visual colour treatment in Adobe Illustrator.
• Assemble, adjust, and layer graphical elements to create visually appealing and accurate plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all finalized plans meet client requirements and project standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure final outputs are polished and delivery ready.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with QGIS, including geo-referencing, digitizing, and editing.
• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for visual colour treatment is a nice-to-have but not a requirement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adjust graphical elements with precision.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• English communication skills (intermediate to advanced) for remote collaboration via email, audio, and messaging platforms
