Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze geospatial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Configure Salesforce platforms to optimize data flow and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Data Integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange across platforms.
- Implement Salesforce Loyalty Management strategies to boost customer retention and drive brand loyalty.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
