Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for Sales Officers (SO) and Area Sales Managers (ASM), focusing on sales, collections, and conversion rates.
• Monitor the health and performance of distributors and retailers.
• Develop dashboards and reports for daily and monthly performance tracking aligned with company goals.
• Evaluate product performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Analyze sales and market data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and manage MIS dashboards and data systems tailored to the GT footwear market.
• Create sales and inventory forecasting templates based on performance and market movement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and distribution partners.
