Hitachi is hiring for the role of General Sales & Marketing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Should have dealt with Panel builders/Power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Railways/ Metros/ EPC/ End users as a system as well as a product. Experienced in handling product business for GA.
• Accountable and responsible for pipeline generation for GA portfolio [IE s, RTU, FRTU & SCA A].
• Sales & Marketing; Timely closure of project enquiries, queries & orders; pipeline generation; collection & receivables; Maintain say to do ratio; technical discussions and presentations.
• Supporting customers during bidding, project execution/ closure, and cash collection within the assigned geography/ zone. Primary KPI: 3rd party sales and profitability on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Effective implementation and use of Marketing and Sales tools, market/ competition intelligence.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• The educational qualification should be a BE in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
• shall be Optimistic, Self-assured and welcome change.
• Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed. Independently determines approach and assigned tasks.
• Engages the interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together, and is committed to the team’s development. Shows moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
