Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and translate insights into actionable strategies for category launches.
• Lead the entire lifecycle of category development, from market discovery and business modeling to operational rollout and scaling.
• Manage all aspects of the business vertical, including supply chain development, training, onboarding of professionals, daily operations, service quality, and user growth.
• Collaborate with central functional teams, business category teams, and regional teams to ensure alignment and share best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative practices to maintain a leadership position in the home services industry.
• Drive regional expansion while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
