General Ledger Accountant Job at Assistian Private Limited

Assistian is hiring for the role of General Ledger Accountant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accruals/Prepayments/Fixed assets
• Assist Management accountants to deliver management accounts for main trading company within 5 working days of the month end.
• Assist in Balance reconciliation.
• Intercompany reconciliations and billings
• Payment run checks for accuracy/approval/bank details.
• Any other ad hoc duties
• Management accounts produced in 5 working days of month end
• MI production in line with Company requirements and deadlines Data accuracy

Requirements:

• Successful candidates will be part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable operational management accounts experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience of using accounting software
• Must be able to hit the ground running and therefore will have worked in a similar role
• Able to produce information of high quality to strict deadlines and will have a flexible attitude in order to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Must have the confidence to deal with finance and non-financial people at all levels and have great communication skills
• Must have experience of dealing with confidential data and be trustworthy
