Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Apply Agility core practices to adapt to evolving business needs and project requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analytical thinking to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within commercial operations.
• Use sophisticated analytics to support decision-making, providing actionable insights to partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong Commercial Competence, understanding market dynamics and their impact on business performance.
• Ensure Commercial assurance for external dealings, meticulously reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in Credit Management activities, assessing credit risk and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Champion Customer centric thinking, ensuring business solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Perform Data visualization and interpretation to present sophisticated information in an accessible and impactful manner.
• Find opportunities for Digital Automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Chip in to Financial Reporting accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Efficiently influence collaborators at various levels to gain agreement for recommendations and initiatives.
• Support Project and programme management efforts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Implement robust Risk Management frameworks and practices to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience applying Agility core practices in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Commercial Acuity principles and their application.
• Experience with Commercial assurance for external engagements.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• A track record of Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Credit Management processes.
• A strong dedication to Customer centric thinking.
• Expertise in Data visualization and interpretation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with or understanding of Digital Automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices.
• Validated ability to influence collaborators and drive consensus.
• Experience in Project and programme management support.
• Proven grasp and application of Risk Management principles.
