Bajaj Electricals Ltd. is hiring for the role of Funnel Sales-In Charge!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage customers in defined regions to meet planned goals and manage the database as per the calls assigned by the funnel manager
• Participate in negotiations and try at the level best to negotiate and close deals
• Understand customer requirements and provide techno-commercial offers through the presales team
• Make presentation and demonstration at customer place
• Develop long-lasting customer relationships by providing proper support & coordinate delivery
• Update report and share hurdles and outcome of the visits
• Maintain daily reports along with a proper database of all the opportunities apart from the funnel
• Make follow-ups to existing clients and maximize the reach to untapped areas
• Ensure smooth transaction sales and achieve quarterly and yearly targets set by management
• Share competitor details and position in the market
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates

Requirements:

• BE/BTech (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) or MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
• 2+ Years of experience in any electrical industry
• Experience in the field of the B2B segment with emphasis on light fixtures, junction boxes, panels, and communication equipment would be preferable
