Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Functional Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collate and validate the partner Plan for the month
• Coordinate and necessary data support for field compliance team for partners conducting audits
• Collate audit reports post-audit
• Publish of audit reports and observations
• Ensure closure of audit observation in coordination with business teams and compliance team
• Take action on open observations as per staircase as per applicability
• Maintain a repository of partner audits, observations, and closures
• Track of location coverage, partner coverage, and mapping with AOP commitments
• Track Travel and Accommodation expenses of the compliance team and highlight of outliers
• Partner audit PPT preparation covering the coverage of the activity and key highlights

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access
• Vendor audit background 2+ years of experience in NBFC/Bank
• Any Graduate with an NBFC or banking background
• Vendor audit experience of 1+ year
• A collection audit background is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must be able to work independently.
