Full Stack Software Engineer Job in Bangalore at LSEG

LSEG is hiring for the role of Full Stack Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a deep understanding of LSEG technologies and apply this knowledge to create solutions independently or collaboratively.
• Write clean, efficient code based on specifications, occasionally utilizing multiple languages or technologies.
• Manage own workload and contribute to an inclusive and open team culture.
• Contribute to design work and planning for user stories, completing assigned tasks with guidance.
• Build positive relationships with team members, communicate clearly, and foster open lines of communication.
• Actively pursue knowledge of technology products and tools through on-the-job learning, certifications, and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Engineering) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience in 1~2 popular JS frameworks like Angular or React (AngularJS 8+ preferred).
• API development experience in NodeJs, .Net, or JavaEE.
• Strong client-side performance optimization experience.
• Familiarity with web standards, protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), and socket APIs.
• Knowledge of continuous build and integration tools (GitLab, Git Pipeline, Jenkins).
• Solid technical background with an understanding of programming styles, frameworks, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with popular APIs in different formats (Restful, Graph QL, etc.).
• Familiarity with at least one Relational Database (e.g., Oracle, MySQL), SQL Language.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure is a plus.
