Consilio LLC is hiring for the role of Full Stack Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and maintain complex data infrastructure, reporting, and applications for analytical needs
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, and testing
• Analyze user data needs and develop solutions that integrate with existing applications
• Maintain documentation for work processes and procedures
• Suggest improvements and follow approved team changes
• Collaborate effectively across internal business teams
• Provide backup support for team projects and tasks
• Assist with team planning and growth strategy
• Ensure InfoSec compliance within team activities
• Participate in major system and platform upgrades
• Conduct or support user training on system functions
• Test and debug completed programs as needed
• Develop unit testing for application testing automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience. 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and libraries like React, Angular, jQuery, or LESS
• Knowledge of server-side languages: .Net, Java, Ruby, or Python
• Familiarity with DBMS technology: SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, and caching tools like Redis, Memcached, Varnish
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ability to mentor junior developers in full-stack development
• Rapid learning and adaptability to new engineering tools, languages, and frameworks
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing strategies
• Comfortable with Enterprise Integration Patterns, SOA, and Microservices
• Ideally experienced in Stream Processing, Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Protocols, and Data Engineering
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
