Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Laravel-based applications.
• Build and manage secure RESTful APIs using Laravel Sanctum for authentication and authorization.
• Implement real-time UI functionality using Laravel Livewire and Alpine.js.
• Optimize and compile front-end assets with Laravel Mix and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases to manage data integrity and optimize performance.
• Develop responsive UIs using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for mobile-first designs.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to integrate front-end components with backend logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Laravel Livewire, Laravel Mix, Laravel Sanctum for API authentication.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (preferably Alpine.js or Vue.js).
• Experience in responsive web design using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of front-end dependency management using npm or yarn.
• Solid experience with Git version control and working in collaborative development environments.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and dependency injection in Laravel.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

Preferred Skills:

• Shopify development experience will be a plus including: Liquid templating, custom app development, Shopify API.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or React.js for more complex front-end requirements.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
