Cornerstone is hiring for the role of  Full Stack Junior Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET / Java.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery through automation and DevOps best practices.
• Leverage AWS services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, etc.) to build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
• Explore and integrate AWS AI/ML capabilities into applications to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, QA, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
• Write and maintain SQL and NoSQL queries, schemas, and stored procedures as required.
• Participate in peer code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and cloud engineering best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0-2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java development.
• Knowledge/ hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Knowledge/ hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to AWS AI/ML services and eagerness to expand AI integration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, and excellent communication skills
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js, .NET (Core/ASP.NET), Java, REST APIs
• Database: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB)
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudFormation
• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence
