Full Stack Engineer Job in Gurgaon at Awiros

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop end-to-end features across the stack using React, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, and supporting technologies 
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, business logic, and data models for scalable backend services 
• Implement and manage Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and microfrontend architecture to support modular frontend development 
• Optimize application performance across both client and server with tools like Webpack, caching strategies, and profiling 
• Work with third-party APIs and services (e.g., calendar integrations like Vyte) 
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into technical implementations 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across both frontend and backend 
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and ongoing process improvements 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5 years of experience in a full stack engineering role 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React, Next.js, and Redux 
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express or similar frameworks 
• Understanding of SSR, web performance optimization, and scalable frontend architecture 
• Experience working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalent 
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies 
• Ability to think holistically across the stack and work comfortably on both frontend and backend systems 

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Exposure to microfrontend architecture and modular deployments 
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern frontend build tools 
• Familiarity with scheduling APIs (like Vyte) or calendar integrations 
• Knowledge of containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel), or serverless backends 
• Working knowledge of GoLang or willingness to pick it up for select services 
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets is a plus
