Unicode is hiring for the role of Full Stack Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (Angular, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Django) components of our SaaS platform.
• Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize code and systems for performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Work closely with frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth and efficient development and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of the technology stack and development processes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience in building responsive, scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in Python (Django) for building robust backend services and APIs.
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL DBs and familiarity with ORM frameworks.
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Have a knack for launching and iterating on products quickly with quality and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently.
