Full Stack Developer Job at Carorbis

Carorbis is one of the fastest growing online automotive stores in India. A team of young professionals who are changing the automotive industry.

Since we’re constantly expanding, we need a Full Stack developer who will be responsible for writing clean, functional code on the frontend and backend, participating in the design and creation of scalable software and testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues and building out and managing our entire web infrastructure.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities:

• Work with development and design teams to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation

Requirements:

• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Experience with MERN stack
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx) and UI/UX design
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
• Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail

• An analytical mind
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
