Full Stack Developer Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features across frontend and backend.
• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Design & implement backend APIs using any modern programming language (Python or Go preferred).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact releases.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture evolution.
• Work on integrations involving AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, AI pipelines, and automation.
• Work on integrations involving Daily.co, Pipecat, or other video-assessment/real-time communication tools.
• Contribute to cloud-driven workflows and scalable engineering setups.

Required Skills :

• Frontend ; Strong experience in React.js Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Backend ; Knowledge of backend development using any programming language Preference for Python or Go (Golang) .
• Experience in building REST APIs .
