IBM is hiring for the role of Full Stack Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems front end and back end with a focus on React/Java development.
• Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members.
• Participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), and GitHub.
• Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Work as an Agile scrum team member.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in product development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, REST, Java, XML JSON, and JQuery
• Hands-on experience with Mobile application/framework development with Android/iOS
• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX and backend design principles
• Hands-on Experience with SQL / NoSQL Database including Mongo, DB2, and or Oracle Database/SQL performance and troubleshooting
• Automated build/test principles and frameworks including Selenium, JUnit, Jest, Git, and Jenkins.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Agile development methodologies
