Fulfillment Executive Job in Gurgaon at Basic Home Loan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Handling

• Receive and initiate loan applications from various channels.
• Ensure all application data is correctly filled and updated in the system.

2. Documentation Management

• Collect, verify, and organize necessary loan documents.
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and follow up with the respective teams or customers.

3. Underwriting Coordination

• Support loan evaluation by analyzing case documentation.
• Match applications with the best-fit lender based on criteria.
• Liaison with lenders to ensure high disbursal conversion.

4. Stakeholder Communication

• Update internal teams (Sales, VRM, Management) on application status.
• Respond to queries from lenders, RMs, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage backend processes including login and status updates on lender portals.

5. Loan Closing

• Ensure all final documentation is in place.
• Assist in completing the final disbursal process accurately and on time.

Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Master’s Degree preferred (Finance background ideal).

Experience:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Personal & Business loan Selling ,Processing & Disbursal, or backend coordination (preferably in BFSI sector).
• Experience in Loan aggregator or Marketplace.

Skills:

• Familiarity with personal and business loan documentation.
• Good understanding of financial services and Personal & Business Loan product policies across lenders.
• Speed with systems and typing; ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Proficient with MS Excel and basic data handling.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
