Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide detailed information on visa requirements and guide clients through the application process.
• Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with consulates and embassies to facilitate the visa process.
• Track application statuses and proactively update clients on progress.
• Ensure the confidentiality of client data.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

• You should have a graduate degree.
• You possess an exceptional eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to provide clear instructions and updates to customers.
• You are comfortable working with computers and digital tools, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, and you're dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients.
• You have a genuine interest in the travel and immigration sectors and are excited about contributing to a more connected world.
• You’re great at figuring out solutions on the spot. When challenges arise, you can quickly come up with practical and creative ways to solve them.
