Fidelity International is hiring for the role of FTC Associate - HRIS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create & maintain schedule processes/alerts/notifications
• Create and maintain supervisory/cost centers/Fx rates etc
• Work closely with HR teams to ensure data integrity
• Edit/Create condition rules
• Analyse business processes
• Support technical and functional implementation of HR processes by using Workday
• Maintain and enhance existing configurations in Workday
• Help team with Workday support queries from different business regions
• Take part in new initiatives and aid implementation of proposed enhancements to existing systems
• Ensure communication with the respective teams and HR areas and provide regular updates
• Work with the strategic stream for HR Systems revamp and participate actively
• Work in close liaison with the UK, CE, India & Asia Pac-based HR Systems and Operations Teams using the standard operating procedures and governance model

Requirements:

• Experience of Mass Data load using EIB Inbound
• Experience in Workday Business process analysis and configuration
• Sound analytical & debugging skills
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in providing Workday Functional Support
• Hands-on experience with Workday Modules like HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, and Security Administration
• Exposure of Workday version upgrade activities (Weekly Service updates & Bi-Annual version releases)
