Taboola is hiring for the role of Frontline Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all client support needs
- Responding promptly to customer support tickets and emails
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across our platform
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Communicating technical issues clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with global teams to maintain top-tier support service levels
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Hands-on experience with SQL and APIs
- Proficiency in support tools such as Jira and Salesforce
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, and Kibana
- Strong understanding of technical support metrics and best practices
- Experience working in the ad-tech industry
- Background handling client escalations and maintaining high satisfaction levels
