Spyne is hiring for the role of Frontend Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop & Maintain Scalable Web Applications – Build and optimize high-performance web applications using Next.js, Redux, and other modern frontend frameworks.
• Implement UI Designs with Precision – Convert visual designs into functional UI elements with an acute eye for detail and design fidelity.
• Ensure Cross-Browser Compatibility & Responsiveness – Make web applications fully responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• Optimize Application Performance – Enhance page speed, reduce load times, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Backend, Product, and Design teams to develop new features and enhance user experience.
• Deliver Under Tight Deadlines – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1/2 Engineering Institutes.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and DOM with deep knowledge of JavaScript, ES6, and best coding practices.
• Expertise in Redux & Webpack with experience in state management using Redux and build optimization with Webpack.
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and understanding of common security risks in web applications with mitigation techniques.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs into frontend applications.
• Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines and user-friendly interface development.
• Experience building mobile-first, responsive designs using Tailwind CSS (preferred).
• Ability to create well-abstracted, reusable UI components.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for optimizing performance.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Backend, AI/ML teams, and DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, in-office environment.
• Takes ownership from Day 1 and proactively solves challenges.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Git, Asana, and Jira
