Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring highquality code and best practices.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable frontend components and architectures.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Next.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experiences across different devices.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and implement necessary fixes.
• Implement best practices in security, accessibility, and UI/UX standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, NextJs, etc.).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
