Frontend Developer (Design-Focused) Job in Noida at AAJ Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern user interfaces — create UI/UX designs in Figma and implement them as responsive, pixel-perfect frontend UIs 
• Translate product ideas and requirements into clean, intuitive designs and high-quality frontend code ∙ Build and maintain reusable UI components with consistent design patterns 
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility 
• Work with REST APIs — handle data fetching, loading states, and error scenarios gracefully ∙ Maintain a high bar for UI polish, performance, and overall user experience 
• Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to ship high-quality features 

Required Skills:

Design:

• Strong HTML5 & CSS3 fundamentals 
• Excellent CSS skills: Flexbox, Grid, responsive layouts, animations 
• Experience with React and Next.js 
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript 
• Attention to detail in implementing pixel-perfect UIs 
• Experience working with REST APIs

Nice to Have: 

• Basic understanding of accessibility (a11y) best practices 
• Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system 
• Interest in product thinking and user experience 
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques 

Experience Level:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience 
• Strong portfolio or work samples (Figma designs, frontend projects, or both) are highly valued
