Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Front Office Management & Office administration at Commercial Setup.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle and co-ordinate multiple activities and tasks through good time management and prioritizing.
• Greeting clients /Visiter and responding to their inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, personable, and efficient manner.
• Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
• Skillfully arranging meetings, addressing calendar conflicts, and promptly responding to meeting requests while cultivating positive relationships with both internal and external executives and their assistants.
• Effectively managing the schedules of senior executives
