Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
• Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
• Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records.
• Receiving vendor’s bills, maintaining their record.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
• Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
• Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB.

Requiremnets:

• Reception, Receptionist Activities, Telephone Operating, Guest Handling, Front Office Management,visitor, Telephone Handling
• 2 to 4 Years Experience
