Cult Fit is hiring for the role of Front Office Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Greet and assist all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle all incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Manage member check-ins, appointments, and class registrations
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Assist with membership sales and promotions
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for members
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Cult.Fit's services and offerings
• Provide support to the team as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computer software and systems
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for health and wellness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
