Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Lead by example with high service orientation and proactive customer handling.
• Ensure familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures relevant to the role.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ISO standards for departmental functions.
• Supervise daily tasks of all Patient Care Coordinators on shift.
• Ensure accurate and timely registrations and report movement.
• Take timely action based on feedback from the "Total Customer Experience Questionnaire."
• Follow instructions for Cash/Credit/Corporate billing and handle the hospital information system efficiently.
• Coordinate effectively within and between departments.
• Utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system, and other software efficiently.
• Be well-groomed, punctual, and adhere to company policies and practices.
• Have complete orientation of the QMS and EMS systems of the hospital.
• Be aware of the hospital's Disaster Management Programme (DMP).
• Comply with service quality processes, environmental, and occupational policies in the respective area.
