Aditya Birla Group is hiring for the role of Front Line Engineer - Production (CAP)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain all process parameters in Phase I and II during the shift.
• Monitor and control critical parameters such as differential pressure, caustic concentration, temperature, and brine temperature.
• Acknowledge and take corrective actions on deviation alarms in coordination with the field engineer.
• Ensure plant operation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Oversee plant startup and shutdown as per checklist.
• Take prompt action on deviations to prevent plant tripping.
• Maintain process and quality parameters strictly.
• Ensure in-process parameters meet quality requirements.
• Exercise stringent control over process parameters.
• Control deviations from DCS for optimizing chemical consumption.
• Ensure running equipment operates at optimal values.
• Prevent the idle running of equipment.
• Manage loads to achieve minimum specific power consumption.
• Strictly adhere to safety norms and safe operational procedures.
• Comply with OHSAS and ISO norms.
• Implement IMS (Integrated Management System), WCM (World Class Manufacturing), and sustainability practices.
• Handle emergencies, such as liquid chlorine leakages, under Disaster Management activities.
• Train the team to comply with safety and operational norms.
• Maintain process systems ensuring zero effluent and zero accidents.
• Follow the standards and procedures of WCM.
• Monitor log book/log sheet and DCS trends as identified.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology
• Experience: Minimum experience level: 2-6 years
