Front End Developer Job in Noida at PW (Physics Wallah)

Physics Wallah is hiring for the role of Front End Developer!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and established design patterns.
• Implement responsive UI components with a solid understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms and cross-browser compatibility.
• Utilize ES6+ and TypeScript features to enhance code reliability and maintainability.
• Integrate and manage state efficiently using libraries like Redux and related tooling.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and perform unit testing using frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, or Karma.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
• Lead and mentor team members by setting clear goals, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, understanding their expectations and adapting communication styles accordingly.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms in JS
• Proficient understanding of at least one of the Ul Library/frameworks React, Next.js.
• Good understanding of ES6 and above
• Experience with Typescript is a plus
• ⁠Sound knowledge of design patterns and practices for writing clean, linted, maintainable and reusable code
• ⁠Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• ⁠Understanding of Version Control Systems like Git
• Experience in using supplementary libraries like Redux,
• Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) for Unit Testing with libraries like Jasmine, Mocha, Simon, Karma etc 
• Specific to SDE3
• Ability to set and communicate clear goals & expectations for oneself and team
• ⁠Awareness of the latest and best practices in the field, Curiosity about new domains, ideas as well as work practices across the companies
• ⁠Maintain relationships with team members as well as stakeholders by knowing their interest, expectations, Ability to manage each individual as per the circumstances
