Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development efforts and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery
• Design and develop user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
• Analyze project requirements, break them into technical components, and estimate effort and timelines for delivery
• Track project milestones and ensure development progress aligns with projected timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, backend developers, and project managers
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices within the team.
• Identify potential project delays early and propose mitigation strategies

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience leading front-end development teams or modules
• Excellent project duration analysis skills, with the ability to estimate and manage development timelines
• Experience planning and tracking project execution milestones.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with SCSS, Type Script, and Muban.js
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint planning tools
