Testbook is hiring for the role of Freelance Placement Preparation Trainer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Deliver training sessions on various topics related to placement preparation to learners.
- Assess learners' progress, provide feedback, and create engaging learning materials.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a placement preparation trainer or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of placement preparation techniques, including aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in the job market
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
