Fraud Data Analyst Job in Gurgaon at welocalize

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for fraud within the onboarding/joining process
• Attempt to gain access to projects and programs for which you are not qualified or eligible (by experience, education, location, language, etc) 
• Generate and share reports on fraud risks, vulnerabilities, and suggested prevention measures for management review
• Work with the Trust & Safety team to review and develop prevention and countermeasures 
• Test new projects and processes for weaknesses and possible exploits
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in fraud detection and prevention
• Provide recommendations for mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably for a localization company
• Strong understanding of fraud detection techniques and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify subtle patterns and trends
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Certifications for fraud, ethical hacking, penetration testing, red teaming, etc. is a plus
