AMEX is hiring for the role of Fraud Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Investigate and analyze suspicious transactions to identify and prevent fraud
- Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention strategies
- Monitor and analyze fraud trends and patterns
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to investigate and prosecute fraud cases
- Provide training and education to employees on fraud prevention
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fraud detection and prevention techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or criminal justice
- 3+ years of experience in fraud analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
