Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including inventory management, financial reporting, and customer service.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance and staff development.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain high standards of product/service quality and cleanliness.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Implement local marketing strategies to promote the franchise and increase brand awareness.
• Organize and participate in community events to boost the franchise’s presence.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Adhere to all TL franchise policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards.
• Maintain the franchise location according to TL’s brand guidelines.
• Manage financial aspects of the franchise, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work with accountants and financial advisors to ensure sound financial management.
