Franchise Specialist Job in Gurgaon at MINISO

Miniso is hiring for the role of Franchise Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Follow up with potential clients and facilitate finalizing a store
• Handle documents of LOI, franchise agreements, and other franchise-related paperwork
• Develop new clients through multiple channels
• Maintain regular contact and smooth relations with clients; maintain tracking sheet and profiles for all stores and investors
• Make regular surveys on market dynamic conditions and conduct regular analysis on operational stores
• Assist HOD; maintain department tracking sheet; coordinate with other departments
• Complete projects including but not limited to converting other brands into MINISO, contacting consultants to find potential investors, convincing investors to buy company-owned stores, etc.
• Work as BD to learn and evaluate store potential; prepare evaluation reports
