Franchise Manager Job in Chennai at Sharekhan Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential markets for franchise growth.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new franchisees in target markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance franchise operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance and support.
• Assist franchisees with the setup, launch, and ongoing management of their locations.
• Address franchisee queries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all franchisees adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of franchise operations to ensure consistency and quality across units.
• Provide training to franchisees on operations, brand standards, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with franchisees to set and achieve performance goals.
• Report on franchise performance to senior management, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
