Forex Cashier Job at Niyo Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open cash counter by verifying vault, ensuring currency stock, setting up workstation, and updating exchange rates. 
• Process currency exchanges, forex cards, and remittances, verifying IDs and logging transactions per AML/KYC regulations. 
• Manage cash flow, maintain denominations, replenish currency, and monitor inventory. 
• Assist customers with rate inquiries, transaction limits, and complaints, escalating issues as needed. Cash handover as per online delivery requests to be handed over to agents. 
• Close counter by reconciling transactions, tallying cash, securing vault, and preparing dayend and other reports.  
• Any other tasks associated with the cash management, reporting, inventory and operations.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Any accounting degree or certificate preferred. 
• Excellent communication with ability to manage and monitor transactions accounting. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Hands on experience with tools like Minerva.
