Foreman – CPP Project Job in Chandrapur at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site work execution as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections of work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain work records, progress reports, and manpower attendance sheets.
• Identify and report deviations, delays, and site issues to the reporting engineer.
• Ensure availability and proper handling of tools, equipment, and PPE at the site.
• Support in conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with QA/QC, Safety, and other discipline teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and energy management norms.
