Marriott Hotels is hiring for the role of Food and Beverage Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring staff is working together as a team.
• Inspecting the grooming and attire of staff and rectifying any deficiencies.
• Communicating with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Responding to and trying to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
• Setting up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment.
• Inspecting and maintaining table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolving any problems.
• Documenting pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee food production and service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
• Ability to manage budgets, costs, and profits to ensure financial success
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative menu items and promotions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and logistics
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-pace enviornment
