• Monitor inventory levels, controlling food and beverage costs, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, as well as local health regulations
