Vance is hiring for the role of Flutter Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with product and design teams to create scalable, responsive, and intuitive applications that bring our vision to life.
• Utilize Flutter’s cross-platform capabilities to ensure our app delivers a seamless experience on both Android and iOS.
• Continuously monitor and optimize app performance, addressing issues to maintain a smooth user experience.
• Partner with backend engineers to ensure APIs and integrations are optimized for mobile platforms. Contribute to a high-quality codebase through regular code reviews.
• Implement new features, updates, and improvements based on user feedback and business needs.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and issue resolution to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter as the primary framework. Prior experience in a FinTech or product-based startup is preferred.
• Proficiency in Flutter and mobile app architecture for iOS and Android platforms. Strong understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and app release processes.
• Skilled in mobile performance optimization, including memory management and app responsiveness.
• Familiar with Git and capable of working in agile development teams.
