Flexo Printing Machine Operator Job in Faridabad at Skypack India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate narrow web flexo printing machines, including mounting plates, loading inks, and adjusting machine settings.
• Ensure accurate color matching, registration, and print quality throughout the production run.
• Monitor and adjust machine speeds, ink levels, and pressures to maintain optimal print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning rollers, changing ink, and inspecting printing plates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as misregistration, ink problems, or equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that printed products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain proper inventory of materials (inks, substrates, and consumables).
• Follow safety procedures and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
• Document and report machine performance, production runs, and any issues to the supervisor.
