Fleet Manager Job in Manesar at Chetak Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage vehicle tracking systems in real time
• Plan and optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day transport operations
• Ensure strict compliance with transport and safety regulations
• Manage and train drivers for performance and policy compliance
• Analyze fleet data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with service teams for timely maintenance and repairs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in fleet /transport management
• Must have managed a fleet of 100+ vehicles
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Good personality and professional behavior
