Fleet Account Manager Job in Varanasi at Brahamputra Cargo Carrier Pvt Ltd (BRW)

Job Description:

• You will be responsible to arrange indent from Vendor/Customer & the same should be shared in concern group.
• Follow-up with fleet team for further vehicle details & share the same with concern branch.
• Placement status should come early morning on whatsapp group.
• Need intervention in each & every query related to operations on daily basis. 
• Before placement of company vehicle, you will be responsible for briefing of company SOP to broker /Transporter like company will not accept any claim in seal cases
• Mail updation required in case of delay, overload, detention etc.
• Ensure that all the weight slips should come before updation of manual documents.
• Responsible for MIS sharing for contractual clients.
• Market visit as & when required to find the new vendor as well as customer.
• Checking Branch wise vehicles availablety report.
• Update To NCR Contractual Clients For Any delayed/breakdown To Avoid Any Freight Deduction On Daily Basi
