Jefferies is hiring for the role of Fixed Income Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Pivotal point of contact for Global Sales Analytics reports which involves partnering with senior management and understanding their data requirements for business analysis.
• Work with the COO Team to analyze and monitor developing trends and create reporting across various metrics.
• Conceptualize and produce Monthly/Quarterly Scorecards on the Electronic Trading performance of various business pods.
• Updating pitchbooks on E Trading Capabilities.
• Monitor daily production and trades for reasonableness and data quality of sales credits.
• Lead various Business Intelligence and Analytics reporting projects in conjunction with the IT team.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance is preferable.
• Expert with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications is required. 
• Excellent communication skills. Keen attention to detail.
• A confident communicator: able to face off with heads of sales desks and senior management, explaining facts clearly, communicating confidently and effectively across teams.
• Showcase a knack for automation of reports on Excel and build efficiency in the system.
• Understanding various CRM tools, systems, and processes and driving various projects in the CRM space.
• Keen attention to detail; highly organized, energetic, and enthusiastic, and able to handle confidential information
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• Ability to work independently, multi–task, organize time, and produce results.
• Sound understanding of Business & Client Management.
