Cognizant is hiring for the role of Five9 - Senior Developer!
Requirements:
- Five9 VCC Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Five9 VCC platform, including its objects, IVR scripting, and skill-based routing algorithms.
- API Integration: Experience with API development and integration to connect the Five9 platform with other systems.
- Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud platforms and architectures, such as AWS or GCP.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in relevant programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Telco & Telephony: Familiarity with telephony terms, phone carriers, and different phone number types.
- JIRA/Asana: Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Asana.
- Database Querying: Knowledge of database query languages for data-driven solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in a matrix organization.
