Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the first point of contact for people reaching out to Heart It Out for support across multiple platforms.
• Support the team at Heart It Out to improve and maintain timely communications.
• Follow up with clients for payments, tracking offline appointments, and updating invoices.
• Handle refunds, session rescheduling, session booking, and sharing links.
• Delegate work to respective departments based on outbound communications.
• Provide a kind and non-judgmental space to people who are reaching out to Heart It Out seeking mental health care and services.
• Track all communications on phone, WhatsApp, and Google My Business.
• Answer queries related to the session, therapists available, their profile, and support with booking.
• Check and follow-ups for cart abandonments.

Requirements:

• This role is open to Psychology Graduates and Master's degree holders who are passionate about making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.
• The ideal candidate has excellent multitasking skills, good time management skills and pays great attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about working in the mental health care space.
